Crossing into 🇪🇸 again, seeking the #GR11. It's wild how the climate is much more arid and the vegetation changes. We pass one lake more beautiful then the other, in ever changing colors. We saw the first Marmot 😍
No camping possible to night. Staying in a crowded hut, with 100 chatty Spanish hikers.

Studied the pocket guide (whiteburnswanderings.wordpress.com/category/hrp...) for good bivouac spot. Afternoon climb up Santa Barbara was a scorcher! 🥵 Met a lovely Catalonian hiker on #GR11 at the top. Shared dinner and sunset views over the valley. First night cowboy camping under the stars 💫 #HRP
