神保町「三幸園」餃子（580円）瓶ビール大瓶（780円）にらそば（960円）。
行列の絶えない人気店。
店内は活気があって賑やか。
大きめの餃子はモチッとした皮、中は熱々でしっかり味が付いた野菜たっぷりの餡。この餃子でよく冷えたビールを呑む。最高。
スープの一面を大量のニラが覆い尽くすニラそば、卵黄をくずして唐辛子入れて食う。ごま油の良い香りのスープにニラの濃厚な風味が加わり麺に絡む。シンプルだけど癖になる旨さ。
メニューは豊富でどれも旨そう。
この店は何人かで来て色々食べて呑んでシメに麺を食うのが正解だと思う。

Ein Teller mit 5 gebratenen Gyoza Teigtaschen, die knusprig braune Unterseite ist nach oben gedreht. Daneben eine Pfanne die noch fast voll mit weiteren Gyoza ist. Es liegen Essstäbchen auf dem Tisch, ein weiterer Teller im Hintergrund und zwischen den beiden Tellern ein kleines Schälchen mit Soße.
