Ich,aus einer Fischerei-Familie,bin daran gewohnt,natürl. #Hamachi in bester Saison zu essen,sprich Spätherbst-Frühwinter.
Heute wird der in höherer Temperatur überfüttert schnell Gezüchtete im Sommer gefangen u. als TK in Feinschmeckerrestaurants der Welt als Delikatesse angeboten.
