The Son of WHAT?! Daimon #Hellstrom #Hellstorm #marvel #comic #comichistory #comicbook #comics Think you know your comic characters? What about The Son of Satan? Created by Gary Friedrich and artist Tom Sutton. The Son of Satan, also known as Daimon Hellstrom, is a human-demon hybrid. His father is a powerful demon often called “Satan,” more specifically in Marvel he is Marduk Kurios. He uses his powers for good and often fights demonic evil, he made his debut in Ghost Rider #1 from 1973 and later transitioned into his own title in 1975 but it only ran for 1 year and 8 issues. After his solo stories, Daimon becomes a recurring character in The Defenders. In the 1990s, his name was officially changed to Hellstorm (swapping the “o” and “r” in his name), more recently, he’s appeared in other Marvel teams like Strikeforce. The 2020 Hulu series 'Helstrom' was based on this character and starred Tom Austen as Daimon and Sydney Lemmon as his sister, Satana, it only lasted 1 season.
