Man jailed after fatal collision in east London Justin Clarke-Samuel has been jailed after killing Yubin Tamang in a road traffic collision.

🚨 #HitNRun driver, who had been driving >60mph, more than 2x the 30mph speed limit, was today sentenced to 12 years in prison for causing #YubinTamang death by dangerous driving.
