This is Palmini noodles, made from hearts of palm, in a white clam sauce, cucumber and garlic bread made from brioche hamburger buns. The Palmini has a mild flavor, very enjoyable. It's a LITTLE crunchy like a fresh veggie so it is al dente, in its own way.

Tonight's fare was shrimp burgers! I found the little frozen patties at Trader Joe's. They're solid, chopped shrimp. I seasoned with paprika, and dressed the brioche buns with sriracha mayo, english cucumber, red onion, lettuce & tomato.
A very nice treat.
