*Began observing recruiting / hiring data of #Tech2.0 companies (FB, Google, et al), in 2012. What jumped out? These “New Media companies” had even worse records than “Legacy Media companies” on recruiting / hiring of educated + technically qualified Black, Latino pros in NorCal. #HowWeGotHere
Some people refuse to see people they admire in an objective manner. They just won't accept anything even hinting at it. They're everywhere on the political spectrum and always have been.
Look how many did that in 2016 and 2024, and are still doing it today.
