3/ Ce mouvement congolais est majoritairement composé de combattants issus de la communauté #Tutsi, qui fut victime du génocide de 1994 au #Rwanda par la communauté #Hutu. Cette origine confère au M23 une proximité indéniable avec #Kigali et le président actuel, Paul #Kagamé, lui-même Tutsi.

- HH said he testified falsely because as a Tutsi survivor he was angry.
- In 2011 he was falsely imprisoned for murder, and was alongside #Hutu against whom he had testified in #Gacaca courts.
