हिमाचल प्रदेश: नदी-नालों के किनारे अवैध निर्माण, 2012 से आज तक चिह्नित नहीं हुए नो कंस्ट्रक्शन जोन Shimla News: हिमाचल प्रदेश में नदी-नालों के किनारे अवैध निर्माण बढ़ रहे हैं। केंद्र सरकार के 2012 के निर्देशों के बावजूद नो कंस्ट्रक्शन जोन अब तक चिह्नित नहीं हो पाए हैं। आपदा के उच्च जोखिम वाले क्षेत्रों में लोग बस गए हैं। इससे बाढ़ और भूस्खलन के दौरान जान-माल का नुकसान बढ़ रहा है। राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण के आंकड़े चौंकाने वाले हैं। नदी-नालों के किनारे बसे 69 अर्ध शहरी क्षेत्र आपदा के लिहाज से संवेदनशील हैं। इन क्षेत्रों में 541 गांवों के 91,399 घर हैं। करीब 4,75,962 लोग इन खतरनाक इलाकों में रह रहे हैं।
