अवैध खनन मामले के आरोपित संजय कुमार उर्फ संजय धीमान की जमानत याचिका खारिज, जानें कोर्ट ने क्या कहा Himachal News: गाजियाबाद की एक सीबीआई कोर्ट ने हिमाचल प्रदेश और सहारनपुर में अवैध खनन मामले के आरोपित संजय कुमार उर्फ संजय धीमान की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी है। प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने संजय कुमार और ज्ञान चंद को 18 नवंबर को गिरफ्तार किया था। ईडी ने आरोपियों की 4.9 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति भी कुर्क की थी। यह मामला हिमाचल प्रदेश के कांगड़ा और ऊना जिलों में हुए अवैध खनन से जुड़ा है। ईडी ने इन इलाकों में दर्ज छह एफआईआर के आधार पर जांच शुरू की थी। आरोप है कि आरोपियों ने टिपर, पोकलेन, जेसीबी और ट्रैक्टर जैसे उपकरणों से अवैध खनन किया। सहारनपुर के बेहट पुलिस स्टेशन में भी इससे जुड़ी एक एफआईआर दर्ज हुई थी।
