'JDB대표 불륜설' EFG뮤직, 이호테우→하이잭 등 계약해지…공식 홈페이지도 폐쇄 #JDB #이호테우 JDB엔터테인먼트 대표 겸 자회사 EFG뮤직 설립자 A씨가 걸그룹 멤버 B씨와 불륜설에 휘말린 가운데 EFG뮤직이 소속 가수들과 전속계약을 해지했다. 13일 미나, 네기, 아무로로 구성된 3인조 그룹 이호테우는 지난 13일 전속계약이 해지됐다. 멤버 미나에 대해서는 "내부 논의를 통해 졸업을 결정하고 활동 계정을 전면 비활성화 했다"고 밝혔다. 기사와 무관한 이미지 라이브 아이돌 나나(NANA), 밴드 하이잭(HIJK)에 대한 전속계약 및 해지도 공지했다. 17일 EFG뮤직 측은 "소속 밴드 하이잭은 금일부로 당사와의 계약이 해지 및 해체됐다"고 밝혔다. 이어 "앞으로의 멤버 각각의 행보에도 따뜻한 응원 부탁드린다"고 덧붙였다. EFG 뮤직 공식 홈페이지 사이트도 '사이트 준비 중'이라는 문구와 함께 운영이 중단됐다. EFG뮤직 측은 "현재 대표는 상황 정리에 직접 참여하기 어려운 상태이며, 이에 따라 내부 실무진이 운영 정리를 맡아 필요한 대응을 단계적으로 진행하고 있다"며 "상황을 종합적으로 고려해 EFG뮤직은 모든 활동을 잠정 중단하며, 이후 회사 존속 여부를 포함한 조직 운영 방향은 내부 정리 및 법률 자문을 거쳐 결정될 예정"이라고 전했다. 앞서 이날 A씨와 B씨의 불륜설이 제기됐다. 유부남인 A 대표가 소속 아티스트 관계인 B씨와 부적절한 만남을 가지는 모습이 포착된 것. 이에 A씨는 퇴사를 결정, JDB엔터테인먼트 자회사인 EFG뮤직 대표직에서도 물러나기로 했다. 또 A씨는 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 위반(명예훼손) 및 스토킹범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 위반 등의 혐의로 서울 마포경찰서에 고소했다 JDB엔터테인먼트도 사생활을 침해하는 불법 행위를 한 용의자를 특정해 수사해달라며 경찰에 고발장을 제출했다. JDB엔터테인먼트와 A씨는 관련 자료와 CCTV 영상 등을 확보해 경찰에 전달한 것으로 알려졌다.
