Sweet Knull is happy about his freedoms, and in this issue he took on this habit of biting his lower lips when excited or happy... forgetting his teeth are pretty sharp and pointy. Ouch indeed. His children aren't impressed. Blood TW trigger warning, just in case. Or maybe it's ketchup. Or liquid Carnage.
Yes, this is a Clair Obscur Expedition 33 reference. Fun fact: Knull and Renoir share the same english voice actor: Andy Serkis. He also has floating white hair like the Paintress. He must be one of the family for sure.
