The Eye (party-gal mode) hugging Cat-a-combs lovingly it seems. The world theyre in is the Eye's own void world, aka their home, with a few heart motifs here and there (that wasnt in the world before.) The Eye also removed their spiked rings from their hands, as to not harm their friendo. Its on the ground near to them

Turns out, "The Eye" and "Cat-a-combs" are real tight knitted friends.

Perhaps VERY tight knitted if the hearts are a clue (plus they got no gender)
