Thank you…I am concerned to see graphic photos and videos of the supposed perp and victims on Facebook and other sites, when there are no details out, but also because it’s harmful to victims and families.

And the photo of the supposed perpetrator is so fuzzy, it could cause mistaken IDs. #Lapu

It ensures a fair trial—and it reduces speculation by cops eg. spreading info that, say, a suspect was impaired when they aren’t.
That said, they could release some information.
Like mentioning that it happened at the event end, after cops removed barriers, to allow food trucks to leave #Lapu
