I spent all day yesterday looking at #DnD minis and furniture and whatnot for two very different reasons:
1) research for #WIP
2) furnishing the massive DnD castle we bought at #LARPcon during the auction.
A day well spent.

Never have I been to an event where my husband, my daughter, and I have all fought over the same items - #LARP weapons and skulls to be more specific. But the big purchase, which we will all be using for #DnD is a tower! Will photograph once we have it set up. It's massive.

Again there are things we've learned doing this that we could do better next time but I think we genuinely had the most productive #LARPCon so far. The wall of photos was a good draw but the BEST thing by far was having a good mix people in costume. Next year I want to go as a Xenomorph. 🙂

What's that, I'm packed and ready for #LARPCon on time? What strange alternative universe is this? Obviously I must decide on some last minute additions to what I'm taking to ensure I'm stuck in Satan's Traffic.

I'm going to LarpCon in Coalville tomorrow for the first time, with @tommontac.bsky.social who has gone before. But, as I, too, am 'sexy & supernatural', I'm sure I'll fit right in. And, apparently, the theme is Monty Python & the Holy Grail. So, yeah... I'll be right at home. #larpcon

I bashed this leaflet to hand out at #LARPCon together for UKLTA at the last possible moment. With only a couple of hours to get it sorted I just cut/paste from our website into a VistaPrint template. It came out 'viable' if not 'good'. Annoyingly in trimming the text down I created a missing word.

It all got last minute but we managed to quickly bash together a promotional leaflet for our 2025 events that'll arrive in time to hand out at #LARPCon. This is why we pushed really hard to get our calendar settled as early as possible: we want people to be able to book at the start of the 'season'.
