Our first attempt at homemade Migas this morning. I think we did okay but they were a bit bland for my taste and we didn't do the Chipotle Crema sauce any favors.
6.5/10 from me, Mrs Miasma scores it higher (but she grades on effort.)

Completely failed at cooking dinner tonight. I made traditional carbonara, and I made the water to cook the pasta salty like the sea. And then I used said salt water in the sauce, and it made everything way too salty! So lesson learned maybe only mildly salt water is what they mean when they say salty like the sea.
