3.gradually add the water (about 50 ml), mixing until the dough forms a soft ball, stopping as soon as it no longer sticks!

4. Leave to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes. (If you're cooking Valais apricot tart, you can skip this step).

5. Roll out the dough and place in a buttered glass mould
