Terms of Service Please communicate to me through VGen, Discord, Twitter, Instagram, or e-mail. I will only draw in the specific style I offer I have the right to deny any commission if it goes against my ethics and morals or if you have a history of bigotry (homophobia, transphobia, racism) Mode of payment is through Paypal, Venmo, Wise, or GCash The client may use my work on other sites as long as I am credited I will accept 100% upfront payment 50% payment upfront and paying the rest after the lineart stage, or full payment. Refunds will only be allowed when Requested after the sketch phase Creative difference between client or artist Failure of completion in the hard deadline unless granted an extension Death of artist There can only be 5 maximum revisions in sketch phase, 3 in the lineart phase. and 2 maximum revisions during the color. Resale is only allowed for character design sheets, wherein the client must give up all rights (personal or commercial) to the one being sold to. COMMERCIAL USE If my artwork is used for your brand/career (such as VTubing, content creation, business), please apply for commercial fee of 45%. MERCHANDISE USE If my artwork is used for your monetizable merchandise such as prints, stickers, acrylic keychains, acrylic standees tote bags, etc. please apply for merchandise fee of 80%. However, if this is only produced for personal use, you do not need to apply for merchandise use.
