Hey all! Sorry for the radio silence, I've been fighting for my life with a cold. Anyhow, I started playing On Together which has been amazing for productivity and engaging with other people.

And this is a sketch of my little guy, Lore! Drew him as a creative warm-up. How've you been?

The first panel is the title: "Win in Progress" by Lore with the subtitle "#6: The Prelude". Over the panel is a note from the creator to read from left to right for the best viewing experience. Within to the right-hand side is a cloudy sky, and Usa sitting atop of grass. They finished listening to the narrator's tale from the previous comic and said: "Oh! So that's what Lore said." In the second panel, Usa is scratching their head and looking off to the side. "Sorry, they don't mean anything bad by it. Lore just doesn't like being interrupted while they're working," Usa said, and muttered, "Trust me, I know." In the third panel, Usa looked at the reader/narrator with interest and asked, "So what do you wanna know? If it's about Lore I could help." Narrator replied, "Oh! Anything is fine. We wanna know about you too." In the fourth panel, Usa is delighted - stars, exclamation points, flowers, and hearts appearing around them as they asked: "You wanna know me?! For real life?!" In the final panel, Usa is sitting back on their hands with their face turned up to the sky. They said, reminiscing: "Well, let's start from the top. Years ago, I was born from a kid's dream.. to bring happiness to everyone through words."

The second panel shows Lore's OC 'Usa' lying on the grass with their eyes closed and hands on their chest. Their hat is snoozing as well, a little bubble small enough to make out. In the third panel, an off-screen narrator asks: "'Scuse me?" Usa opens one eye, and replied: "Yep?" Their hat mimicking their expression. The narrator states: "Lookin' for a person called "The Bunny?" In the fourth panel, Usa and their hat are overjoyed, stretching with flowers embellishing the text buble which reads: "You must be the person Lore mentioned!" In the last panel, Usa sits up and the sky and grass is shown behind them. They smile at the viewer, their hat smiling as well as they say: "I'm "The Bunny", the name's Usa! What's up?"

Let's meet Usa! \o/ This was my first time drawing backgrounds in all of the panels, and I'm impressed with how well it came out! I can't wait to start learning how to do depth too.

Lore stares at the viewer/narrator with a blank expression and mutters, "Oh well..." In the fourth panel, Lore looks off to the left with their head tilted and said, "There's not much to tell. I write, draw, and read like you." The narrator is disatisfied and asked, "Seriously? C'mon, there's gonna be more than that." In the fifth and last panel, Lore is walking away from the viewer in a sideways pose. They say, "Sorry, you* haven't reached the leve lto unlock more than that. Try the bunny." The narrator asked, "The who?" To which Lore replied, "I'm out." Underneath the panel is an added footnote which read: "You includes whoever is reading this, and the creator."

Felt like drawing a comic based upon how I'd been feeling recently. My partner lives miles away from me but took the time to keep me company while I was sick. Couple that with how I've been feeling when it comes to showing up, and we get this!

When I was a kid, one of the fondest memories I had was when my grandpa would give me the Saturday comics. I loved reading all of them but Peanuts had always been my favorite out of the bunch. Now that I'm drawing my own comics, I wonder if there'll be a kid someday who loves them too.

(1/4) I have to jet soon but I had a breakthrough when it comes to Alba. So I've been having a hard time drawing Alba's hair, and I wasn't entirely sure why but the clues were jumping out around me.
