I really wanted to do this meme (since Utsushi is so thunder puppy coded) but it would be so out of character for Chidori.
It took me an embarassingly long time to remember WE HAVE A DOG IN GAME. So, Utsushi is taking this opportunity to tease his Ace a bit.
