Finding a solution online seems like looking for a very specific needle in a haystack filled with pins. All the advice online seems to be about lowering the graphics, but those have never changed since day one.
Is there a way to visually see what's slowing down a world while playing?

I know #MinecraftBedrock has its problems, but I struggle with Java Edition because it doesn't support a controller, and playing with mouse and keyboard gives me elbow and shoulder pain. Stacking multiple Addons doesn't help I'm sure.

For example, an item dropped to the floor "glides" in the air for several seconds before actually landing. Before, reloading the game seemed to work for a bit, but it's not a solution. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong myself.
