It's exam time again. Here are some tips to help you prepare for the two weeks ahead.

MIC Limerick Library is open 9am - 10pm (10am - 6pm on Saturday 6th and 13th Dec). MIC Thurles Library is open 9am - 9pm (9am - 5pm on Fridays).

MIC Thurles has spent the summer renovating its campus. From brand new Home Economics rooms and student hang out area, to revamping the green space and car park - all improvements making it better for its staff and students.

Just in time for Semester One!

MIC Limerick Library will be CLOSED on Monday, May 5th, as it is the May Bank Holiday Weekend.

We're open on Saturday 3rd, 10am - 6pm.

MIC Thurles Library is open 12 - 3pm (Sat 3rd) and 9am - 5pm (Mon 5th).

Text: How to study effectively: Study smarter not harder - Don't study for hours without stopping. Take short breaks to rest your brain. It helps you focus better. Make a study schedule: Decide what you need to study and how much time you have. Create a schedule so you know what to do. Remember your goals: Look at your notes again and again. The more you review, the more you'll remember. Plan your activities: Make sure you step away from that study desk and move around! Exercise is just as important, so add it to your schedule!

Auto-renewals allow you to borrow items for *up to* 13 weeks. Exceptions are 1 day loans and AV items.

Items are subject to recall however and if they are recalled, must be returned within three days.

Bookings automatically cancel after 15 minutes so beware! Too many cancellations may result in a week-long ban.

This Study Cube, located in the foyer of the Library Building in Limerick, minimises noise and is perfect for groups!

Unfortunately the Cube can't be booked. It's on a first-come, first-served basis.

With exams and assignments coming up, MIC Limerick Library will have EXTENDED Saturday opening hours!

The Library will be open 10am - 6pm for the the next five Saturdays, 29th March - 3rd May (closed during Easter).
