Pandora ref sheet "To the side and through the middle; I'm something else, I'm something fickle." rawr - Patricia Taxxon Under a stoic facade, there's a certain edginess to the way Pandora carries herself. She's almost always grimacing, yet never too far away from completely breaking down. "There's something about that hit of ferocity underneath the feminine exterior, not in conflict but taken simultaneously," as Patricia Taxxon would say. At first, I considered her design kinda plain. It's quite simplistic, but the way that Megalo exaggerates her proportions to fit the mood is animalistic and cathartic. The emphasis on hand shape and facial contortion further increases the amount of pain that Pandora is feeling at any given moment.
Smalls ref sheet "Like cold water on a dirty face, everything in it's perfect place." Panty Hose - Patricia Taxxon Cool, calm, and collected, Smalls is the opposite to Pandora in a lot of ways. While she is animate and introverted, Smalls is passive and sociable, actively encouraging her to interact with others. Despite their differences, he's never overly pushy or threatening. He carries a masculinity that's soft and sharp at the same time. Smalls range of emotions is pretty limited. He lacks a lot of expressive traits that other characters have (namely eye lashes) but I think it adds to his placate and vaguely eerie presence. He takes up a lot of room physically yet is also one of the chillest characters in the demo. It's cute.
