These are all different versions of the "Hollow Variant" EXCEPT the fourth one. That is a different Variant that you will just have to wait and see.
I wanted to play more with the "Twisted Variant" (Top drawing) and get more horrific with how the body can bend in unnatural ways. The bottom drawing was another test for the "Hollow Variant" but having Earth Ponies present differently.
This is where the "Bile" really started to show up. I wanted the Hollowing process to make some sense. So they basically vomiting up their own internals after the infection breaks it down really put the unease in the AU.
And this was one of the very first drawings I did of a "Twisted". The start of the whole concept came from this drawing and the first drawing of the "Hollow". As you can see Rainbow Dash is the poor subject of this drawing. But dont think that means they are infected. ;p

Exposed - Bite - Wounded area becomes sore, bruises and irritated. Scratching makes it worse. - Tired and slow - Nausea - Lack of Appetite - Removing the wounded limb / area can stop the infection from progressing. (Depending on the location)
