Character reference sheet titled: "Party Woman" On the left half of the sheet, we have Party Woman's appearance front and back. In her head is a pink and gold helmet with a large pink bow with a blue gem (that match her eyes) on it with two strips of curly ribbon on the bottom. She is wearing hot pink lipstick, eyeshadow, and blush. She is also wearing a pink dress with a frilly skirt of various pink shades, puffy purple sleeves and white tights. Her shoes are stylized ballerina flats wrapping around her legs and forming bows just above her knee. Her right arm has a hose that ends with a party horn at the end of it. She also wears three balloons on her back. On the right half of the sheet, we see that the balloons allow her to float. The other two doodles show a better view of her hose and how it functions. It is very loud. It can absorb MegaMan's buster shot and fire it back at him with confetti coming out of it.
