Pretty cheap, super nutritious, easy to make and yummy!
This styrofoam yoga roller is a gaddamn jewel! My back has no cartilage between most discs, plus a crooked tailbone from a childhood injury and a ton of healed ribs that still show up in X-rays. Not to mention a titanium right hip and upper leg from hip replacement (that went sideways) but I can’t sit for long and after everyday this roller is BLISS! #thelittlethings
