Just reading the tortuous #MSE info about #CarFinance unfair commissions dealer enrichment schemes 2007 & 2014 and in particular the role of the #SupremeCourt in striking down an earlier decision of the appeals court that had spelt financial disaster for the *real money holders* in that landscape. 🤔
