Orange is the new black. Street Strike Batman in his full glory. Kenner did real obscure figures in the 1990s when the animated show was hot. This came with a clear red Batarang, that could be used to decode obscured pics on the blister packs and there's one of Alfred hidden underneath the vihicle too. Found it complete, but loose at a local flea market. Could not resist it's odd charm. Super weird.
