There was a lovely keynote at #NorDevCon this year from Sheridan Halls titled The Benefit of Kindness about how your hiring process can affect your product sales if done badly.
As an interviewer I’ve always tried to ensure candidates get suitable feedback to ensure they have a path of growth.
A conference is only as good as its speakers, and NorDevCon 2025 had some great ones. From live coding to deep-dive discussions, they brought their experience, insight, and, in some cases, impressive laptop sticker collections 👀
