'Chilling reminder': Multiple historically Black universities under lockdown after receiving threats At least six historically Black colleges enacted lockdowns after receiving threats, amid heightened concerns following recent campus violence at Utah Valley University.

So we're honoring the anniversary of 9-11 with threats at colleges and apparently also the DNC. Violence and #threats have zero place in any society, especially one as currently fragile and unstable as ours. We can and must do better.

Guy Who Repeatedly Called For Violence Receives It Far-right figurehead Charlie Kirk, long a vocal advocate for extreme measures against anyone he disagrees with, found out what it was like to be on the receiving end of his rhetoric today.

While Kirk may have ironically met his match today, it’s worth remembering that violence should never be the answer.
