That "big, beautiful" bill is as ugly as can be. It's a horror show of hatred for humanity. A "great" country would have thriving culture, excel in literacy, science, education, health care for all, universal basic income, technology, and a protected, pristine environment. There would be such excellent care for everyone that poverty would be eliminated (NOT by letting the poor die out, but by rising them up with excellent care and compassion). This is an affront to humanity. And, while separation of Church and State is absolutely essential, this proposed budget craps all over Christ and everything He stood for; He is watching and must be so ashamed. This bill is a hate crime against multiple religions. Letting this happen, especially the cuts to Medicaid, shows that Congress has lost all power and has abandoned the American people. Anyone making over 400k does NOT need tax cuts, but everyone making under 50k DESPERATELY needs the biggest cuts possible- the "Musk, Bezos" billionaires pay-no-taxes level of cuts. Reverse the thinking! Cutting food stamps and increasing the cost of education is foolish and disgusting. Absolutely NO funding is deserved for a wasteful, hideous wall to show off the HATE for our neighbor. (Good thing this ISN'T a Christian nation, because there's a commandment being broken.) ICE is out of control. Ask your fellow Congress people who were physically assaulted by them in Newark for doing their jobs. That could be you! Stop voting against yourself! Restore faith in your office. Protect your people. Not the richest in the land, but the people who rely and depend on you. This is the extreme opposite of greatness. For shame. Be better.
