Midna's Twili Imp form (From the videogame The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princress) as a demon of Nurgle from the Warhammer 40,000 universe. With her helmet being made up flesh her leg and stomach's flesh being flayed. Her horns are now more horizontal and akin to real horns. The helmet she has is made up for flesh, bears the symbol of Nurgle and the helmet's eye now has creases and entrails leaking out. Her only eye has no pupils. She lays about about a barren emerald wasteland under an acidic green sky.

A grotesque version of Nurgle’s logo, from Total War. It contains tendrils, rotting flesh, slime, thick spiky iron arrows, it’s a lot.
