Why you shouldn't book with Opodo - Which? The online travel agent has moved to Spain, meaning customers who book packages this year won't be Atol-protected.

www.which.co.uk/news/article... OPODO ARE A SCAM. They will sign you up for a ‘subscription’ when you book a ticket through them and then renew that subscription against your instructions. It’s unbelievable that they are allowed to operate in the UK. #Opodo

#opodo plus jamais ! Impossible d'avoir une réponse pour changer un vol alors que j'avais pris l'option Flex. L'application ne permet pas grand chose et le service client est aux abonnés absents.

Scam alert with #Opodo. called to cxd Prime - no info given when clicking on their travel pkg. rec’d email I was automatically subscribed. Rang to cxd & aftr taking card info & email he said he cdnt help because the first name as passenger was not me!

Attention also with Flexible Flight Tickets:
You can only change before 1st flight!
When change on web, you wait days, you have to accept whatever the offer. In addition, confirmation of change did in my case never arrive, price was higher than announced, customer service terrible. #OPODO
