In a small creek, the trees on the bank cast shadows. The shadows of the trees fallen on the bottom of the creek and the shadows of the trees reflected on the surface of the water are slightly offset, so the boundaries of the shadows are softly diffused. Furthermore, the branches of another thin tree on the opposite bank cast shadows on these tree shadows

We examined the #distance and #residue #overlap between predicted pockets for each method. #VN-EGNN, #IF-SitePred and #DeepPocket-SEG (pockets #segmented by #CNN module) present very #close and highly #overlapping #pockets.

These are indications of #redundant #predictions of a unique pocket.
