Pedro Ximénez is a Spanish white grape known for its intensely sweet, sun-dried raisins, used to make rich, dark sherry in Andalusia. It produces deep, syrupy wines with notes of figs, dates, and caramel. Mostly found in Jerez and Montilla-Moriles. #PedroXimenez #Sherry #SweetWine #PX
