Mystical Shine Ball 2. A fan card I made to illustrate my point. Here we see a Level 2 LIGHT Monster with 500 Attack, 500 Defense, and no effect. Their flavor text is, "A soul of light covered by a mystical shine. When you see its beautiful shape, your dream will come true". It's pretty much exactly like the original "Mystical Shine Ball" card, except this one is a Pendulum Monster with Scales of 4 (making it really hard to Pendulum Summon with), and no Pendulum Effect. In practice, that means that this thing's only purpose is to be Pendulum Summoned from the hand or Face-Up Extra Deck; be used as Material for a Fusion, Synchro, XYZ, Link, or even Tribute Summon; then Pendulum Summoned AGAIN the turn after.
I wish there was a "Mystical Shine Ball" variant for #Pendulum monsters. Just a useless little guy who serves as Material for different summoning methods, but this time they can keep coming back via Pendulum Summons.
