Naja, der heutige #EastWing des #WhiteHouse ist nicht gar so alt, Baubeginn 1942.
Tiefbau ist dort aber schwierig, immerhin ist Trumps #Führerbunker alias #PEOC da drunter.

Speculation: The ballroom construction is also serving as cover for an expansion project of the underground #PEOC (Presidential Emergency Operations Center) bunker complex, which happens to be directly beneath the new ballroom location.

He's planning to spend most of his 3rd term down there.
