Made mincemeat tarts for Pi Day. 😋
The problem is that there’s SO MUCH sugar in them! Each Tbsp of the mincemeat has about 19g of carbs, 13 of which are sugar - and there’s at LEAST 2 Tbsp in each tart (maybe more.) 😩
Maybe I can have ONE per day. 🥺
