I woke up today promising myself that I won’t spend hours doomscrolling on social media. Things do suck rn, but at least I’m not alone. It’s easy to isolate and forget that but I’m reminded of ppl who care about what’s happening. Emotions are hard to control but it’s not the end yet. 🩵
