The final #PopCon roundtable has kicked in but I’m as always tired at the end of it and have called it a night. Great to see everyone again and thanks always to key folks like @jasonkingsays.bsky.social and @inlandemperor.bsky.social and many more for making it all happen! Until next year!
This time around we’ve got folks like Amber Jamilla Musser, Oliver Wang, Chris Molanphy, Karen Tongson again and many more!
And the second half of Critical Karaoke arrives at #PopCon — a treat throughout.
Daphne Brooks on the screen, while many folks sit on stage below, including Jason King, Max Lubbers, Sarah Kessler, Alex Reed, Ken Ehrlich and Karen Tongson.
And #PopCon starts drawing to a close as Critical Karaoke kicks in. This photo shows the first of two groups, it’ll be a full evening. Daphne Brooks appears first remotely with a memory of the concept originator Josh Clover, who died last year.
On the right, Rhonda Nicole Tankerson introduces Regina N Bradley, while Christina Zanfagna and Josslyn Luckett look on on the left.
Won’t be able to be here for this full roundtable at #PopCon but no way was I completely missing out on Regina N. Bradley and compatriots on “Mayhem in the Delta: Haunting Grounds & Supernatural Sonics in "Sinners"” (Roll on Sunday night…)
Emily Lordi speaking on the right at PopCon, with Mike Barthel and Max Lubbers listening.
Finally, Emily Lordi concludes this #PopCon panel with her own paper: “Opalite: The Whitening of Women’s Liberation”

Waiw! #Popcon time 🍿 Hopefully this will convince the Committee that she has been lying and covering up all the time. Time for Impeachment of #Bondi
