Finished the #looneyzones #pzp challenge. This was a tough one for me. Taking a break from challenges for a bit so I can feel more positive about my exercise routine. I need to choose my own rides for awhile. But I’m grateful for the #powerzonepack for reconnecting me to my bike and tread.🙌🏻

Haven’t been updating, but I’m in week five of the current #powerzonepack challenge #looneyzones. This was a great ride for me. Listened to Alanis and sang my heart and lungs out. I can’t believe #jaggedlittlepill is 30 this year! #peloton #onepeloton
