One more – and the last for a while – of the AI generated animations.
The Target moving around in full figure. Again I'm fashinated, but also again the head gets transformed – compare the profile in the start to the one when he's looking back.
I'll be looking for other options.
The above animation was started from a frontal portrait which in turn was AI generated from a pencil version of the profil posted here on December 2nd last year:

Supplied the generator with a cropped version of my banner image and had 2 clips made with different instructions for movement.
Edited and combined them.

Still testing AI animation. Here I've supplied an un-clear drawing, but it could seem to have been sufficiently clear for the generator to interpret and move it w/o distorting the person I have in mind.

The Father of the LIttle Girl is also getting his head turned by an AI animation generator.
The resulting profile here is too sharp for the character, but still interesting to see/show, I think. The video has been rearranged.

The Mother of the Little Girl has now an AI-generated profil.
The profil isn't exactly as what I have in mind for the character,, but there's a lot that I believe I can use for the next steps in the #animation process.

From the video in the previous post I fished out about 10 frames that I've arranged for this snippet.
At this stage this isn't as I'd want it, but it can work as templates for drawings.

Just had a free online AI image-to-video #animation generator make a 5 sec vid to see if I can cut some corners that way. Not sure, but scary fascinating (shortened it a bit after).

Continued work developing the character, Lisa (earlier post on january 14th).
Half profiles are challenging, I think. And I think that it – in part at least – has to do w the media being scalable since changing size equals changing viewing distance which affects the perspective.

The doll from my previous posts is now walking the streets of Copenhagen.
It almost works on a small screen, but the jumps from between drawings with 8 fr/sec are a bit larger than I'd like.
I've studied other solutions, but haven't found one that I believe in yet.

The walking doll in my previous post is now dress and with hair and a neck.
A dramatic change: the fasination of watching the abstract parts moving and creating a humanlike experience is gone. Perhaps for the better, though, since the idea is for a story to be told.

A new character is in development, hopefully.
Currently her name is Lisa, and I think of her as a staff member of the intelligence organisation that runs the fiktive informant agent Network which forms the environment of my #animation #project.

This character is The Mother of The Small Girl (see post, february 1. this year).
I posted about the early steps in the development of this character here on november 18. Since then I have struggled quite a bit, but by now I think I've managed.

#project_agent_first – a new version of The Target in clean layers. It has been a bit of a struggle working both on the expression and getting to the right layer composition at the same time, but now it seems to fall into place. Will need to adjust the shadow on the back fo his head though.

I've worked a little on extracting a female character from a small and unclear felttip pen sketch.
I find it quite difficult, but if I manage she'll be The Mother of the Small Girl.

Been working a bit on updating / adjusting the drawing of the Father (of the Small Girl). Not finished, but so far I'm quite happy with how it's going (which includes figuring out which tools to use when on the tablet).
