Egress Rate Controlling in Distributed Systems Controlling Rate of communication with specialized external systems while including them as part of business process is unavoidable.

I could finally release the second part of the "𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠" series focusing on asynchronous designs and infra capacities to align attributes to control the load rate to downstream service.
