Effects of shortlist quotas on hiring a woman — a transparent quota was even more effective than a hidden quota!

Summary of results with an interesting caveat: "Perceived social norms and inferred organizational values mediated [both the finalist and the hiring outcomes]"

In an incentive compatible game, the quotas yielded more women finalists and hires.

And #reactance didn’t seem to moderate those results?
