#Propofol (ca. 1mg/kgKG) und #Rocuronium mit 0,6mg/kgKG.
Zusätzlich #Noradrenalin -perfusor mit 0,03yg/kgKG/min Start-Dosis. Plan wurde genehmigt und ich konnte die Narkose erfolgreich einleiten. Ohne RR-Abfall und ohne Tachykardie. Vielen Dank der Bereichsleitung!

Low dose suxamethonium is well known "last resort" for rapid treatment of #laryngospasm. Is there any evidence at all for the use of #rocuronium in lower dose than intubationdose 1,0-1,2 mg/kg? emergencycarebc.ca/clinical_res... suggests 0,2 mg/kg,but without references. Anyone? #AirwaySky #AnSky
