In 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝘆𝗹𝗼𝘁𝗵, Obi-Wan loses his lightsaber, and Commander Cody hands it back to him. However, this created a continuity error because the hilt was still visible on his belt seconds before.
