A roughly one hour exposure using a Seestar S30 Pro in EQ mode to capture the Seagull Nebula. It is a giant reddish cloud, vaguely in the shape of a winged bird flying thru a dark field of stars. I hope to capture a much longer exposure in the future, but this will have to do for now. :)
IC 2177, the Seagull Nebula. It is over 240 light years across! Only had 1 hour to capture this with a S30 Pro before the clouds rolled in. Post processing was in Siril, Graxpert, Astrosharp and Gimp. #Nebula #stars #astrophotography #nature #nightsky #Seestar #S30
