since my #saplingnote au shatters canon as is, I also have Bronwyn being reborn in the 3rd age as she swore she'd find a way to. No active memory of past. Has a birthmark where her arrow scar was. Her hip has the same mark Theo got from the shard + she always had. Same name, mother kept dreaming it.

So I've adored @raquelnekro.bsky.social 's Ghash since day one. And while I owe her a proper tribute, I've had this crossover idea with my #saplingnote AU for ages of how Ani would react to meeting her. Trying to exorcise it with very sloppy #doodle layout to move on to proper things.
#saplingnote While El's future partner, and both of Lira's are happy to talk my ear off (Sort of. El's tolerates my prodding.) and tell me everything about them, Baur's future wife hasn't let me know what she looks like, and Ani's future partner only tells me he gives her the attitude right back. 😓

M-m-m-mister Ma-Mae...Maeglin? Er. Lord. Sir. Um... I...I know s..strangers prob...probably are mean to you 'c-cause you did some bad things. Buh...But Mother taught me that people only do bad things if they're sad. Or if they didn't have someone to help them. An...And I don't know what I'd do if I lost Mother...Or if Ada wasn't very nice even if we gave him all kinds of chances and love. And it doesn't feel great when people don't really want to be with you. They just like things they can get from you. Most people want to know Ada or like playing with Ani and get stuck with me. That's okay. I don't like a lot of their games anyway. Mother says that you shouldn't listen to those who don't really want to get to know us. Everyone makes mistakes. That doesn't mean they didn't learn! You should always help them do better. You shouldn't just think things about them and be rude. No one believes that Honeybract is just sleeping or that the Pups understand me. They laugh. They wouldn't if they'd really listen or if they heard Theo and Ada tell them about meeting Honeybract's family. Or that we didn't even have to train the pups much! Elves aren't better than humans either! They even lie! Ada's Adar says all sorts of nasty things that aren't true. He calls Mother all sorts of names. He says we're abom-ba-d-amations. I know I -shouldn't- call anyone stupid...but how can Lira and Baur be abom-ba-da-mations? Babies can't be bad. They can't even talk! Um..er...sorry..uh..I mean...you shouldn't always believe everything you hear. No one should be lonely. That doesn't help your heart get better. And, um, I don't know when your begetting day is. It's not..not much but, um.... “This is from Honeybract and me. My pups wanted you to have their favorite stick. Whisper But I think it's just because they hoped you might visit and play some time. That's kind of selfish so...so...you really don't have to. But..um...”
