GLAM Fam we need to save the Institute of Museum & Library Services! They fund new exhibits, interlibrary loans & many other things. Currently, the funding bill only has enough money for IMLS to permanently close. Obviously, we don't want that to happen.

Yesterday, Judge John J. McConnell Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island blocked the March 2025 Executive Order seeking to eliminate the IMLS and six other agencies, ruling it violated the Administrative Procedure Act.
