My voodoo queen hibiscus finally gave its first flower! It arrived nearly dead in the mail last fall and almost got taken out by root rot like sibling that didn’t make it (rip). It’s supposed to change color as the day progresses, we will see at sunset

My Humboldt lily has finally developed some flower buds! In total I’ve counted five (one not pictured) which is four more than last year. Can’t wait to see it bloom later this summer. Also pics of my zinnias

Reminiscing about some of the plants I started last Oct. Got really into orchid cacti for a month and ordered too many cuttings, during that same spell I discovered blue vanda orchids and ordered a starter. cuttings (-2) rooted and the vanda put out new roots(:
